The Museum of the San Fernando Valley invites you to meet August's featured artist, Earl Beard.
Beard has been working with glass for over 20 years. He began experimenting with stained glass as a hobby in the Navy, later he worked in a studio cutting glass and then progressed into professionally painting on glass. Beard is now known as one of the best stained glass restorers in the San Fernando Valley. He has masterfully restored church windows, hotel windows and even windows at a Walt Disney home. He loves to teach what he knows to others and will be sharing his knowledge with Museum patrons on Saturday, August 27th from 2-3pm.
